The Las Vegas Welcome sign has had a little bit of a facelift and now has it’s own car park and viewing area.

Amazing place, 13 mile scenic drive around Red Rock Canyon, this is by far one of the nicest places I have seen on my travels.

Honister Pass

Last night I went through some of the images I had taken on the DP1, This image was taken at Honister Pass, when we were grabbing a bit of fresh air and waiting for a party member to join us, unfortunately we had no mobile signal and needed to move on somewhere else to contact him… Still 5 more minutes wouldn’t hurt and who would not want to enjoy this for just a little whilst longer

Ullswater – The first shot

This is the very first shot out of the camera on my trek round the lake district, I posted a couple of Ullswater shots earlier but ignored this one.

I normally ignore the first couple of test shots or just delete them straight away but this looked ‘ok’ on the 5D’s poor lcd display so I kept it, glad I did now.

Here is another from my recent trip to the Lake District, I really should have plotted my trek on a map (or at least the iphone) as I still haven’t got an idea where most of my shots where taken (I think this one was taken at wrynose pass, but then again).

Oh well, next time I will pay better attention!
